HavenCare TransitionsLaunching Nov 15

A gentle place to plan for what matters most.

The first product on the HavenCare platform. A guided path through end of life and the year after a loss, from the first hard conversation through the estate work that follows. In plain language, in English or Spanish.

What it covers

A guided path through the last months, and the year after.

Nobody hands you the instructions for the year a loved one is dying. Transitions is one place for the medical, legal, financial and practical decisions that arrive all at once, in an order that makes sense, so nobody has to work out what comes next at three in the morning.

Planning ahead

While it's still calm.

Write down what they want. Name who speaks for them. Say where the papers are. It takes one evening, and it saves your future self from making four decisions at once.

Caring for someone

At the bedside.

Medicines, symptoms, the crisis number at 2 a.m., and help from the family. A Fridge Card so anyone in the house knows who to call.

After a loss

The first weeks.

The first 72 hours, the funeral, the notifications, the certificates to order and the benefits to claim. Three things for today, not forty.

Settling the estate

The months after.

Probate, accounts, creditors and taxes. Most of it lands months later, long after everyone has stopped asking how you are.

How it works

A path, not a pile.

01

It asks where you are.

Planning ahead, caring for someone, just after a death, or settling an estate. Haven shows you only what applies to that moment.

02

It remembers.

Answer something once and it carries forward. Stop mid-sentence at two in the morning and pick up right where you were.

03

It fills the forms.

Social Security, veterans' and tax forms: the agency's own form, filled in from what you already told it.

04

It holds the papers.

The certificate, the policy, the deed, the account numbers. One private place, reachable from your phone.

For Employers

The benefit for the leave you don't see.

Give every employee one companion through a parent's decline, a hospice month and a death in the family. See Haven in a live demo, then start with a pilot.

Questions families ask

Before you begin.

Is my family's information private?

Yes. Your family's information is never sold or shared with advertisers. You choose who sees what: invite a sibling to see the care plan without seeing the finances. It will always be your data.

How is it kept secure?

Sensitive details such as Social Security, Medicare and policy numbers sit behind Face ID and are shown only to you. Read more in our privacy and security policy.

What does it cost?

Every family starts with a 14-day free trial across web, iPhone, and Android with no employer required. If your employer sponsors HavenCare, full access for you and your immediate family is covered at $0 out-of-pocket, and veteran families qualify for free access through the Katz Family Foundation.

Which languages?

Every journey is available in English and Spanish, by voice or text.

What does Haven not do?

Haven never gives legal or medical advice, and it does not replace your care team, your attorney or your hospice nurse. Where a decision affects someone's body or estate, Haven names the question and points you to the person who answers it. It fills in the government's own forms; it never drafts a will or a deed.

You don't have to do this alone.
