Terms of Service
Last updated: April 24, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuietCare mobile application ("App") operated by IXARA LLC ("IXARA," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using QuietCare, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
QuietCare is an end-of-life planning and caregiving support platform. The App helps users organize advance directives, healthcare preferences, financial inventories, and other planning documents. Haven AI provides conversational guidance based on your plan data.
3. Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
QuietCare does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. The information and guidance provided through the App, including Haven AI responses, are for informational and organizational purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for medical diagnoses, legal documents, and financial decisions.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the App's operation
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding your personal data), is owned by IXARA LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all personal data you submit.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete My Account. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently destroyed within 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IXARA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (or your employer on your behalf) for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
